WebLocal is hiring a motivated B2B sales professional to generate new recurring revenue in our digital marketing division.

This is a performance-driven role for individuals comfortable prospecting, managing pipeline, and closing consistently.

What You’ll Sell

We provide high-demand digital marketing services including:

  • Custom websites
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Digital advertising

These are essential services for local businesses and generate consistent demand.

Role Expectations

  • Average deal size: $1,000
  • Monthly quota: 4 new deals
  • 25% close rate
  • Primary responsibility: self-generated leads
  • Structured training and proven outreach strategy provided

To hit quota, you will generate approximately 16 qualified sales conversations per month.

This role rewards activity and discipline.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct consultative discovery with business owners

  • Maintain CRM discipline and follow-up cadence

You will not handle fulfillment — our in-house team manages service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Prior B2B sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, advertising, or service-based sales preferred
  • CRM proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation

Location:

Work Location: Remote

Develop and maintain websites for clients with a focus on functionality, user experience, and SEO. Must have Front and Back End abilities. This position requires advanced programming skills to build WordPress websites.

This is a full-time position (will consider part-time applicants). Daily schedule is flexible, with at least 2 hrs of work performed each day in order to stay up on project timelines. This is a combination of remote and in the office position.

Day-to-day responsibilities are as follows:

• Manage projects in company CRM

• Communicate with team and management via CRM, Call, Text, Email

• Front & Back end website edits

• Creation of new websites, including design elements

• Working within WordPress platform

• Possible troubleshooting and research

Qualifications:

• WordPress expert: building custom themes without utilizing templates and 3rd party visual editors. Experience with building custom Gutenberg blocks is a plus.

• 5+ years professional experience with PHP, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS

• Experience with formatting graphics, text, and other content

• Manage projects through company CRM

• Understanding of SEO principles and their application

• Creative eye is a plus

• Critical thinker with problem solving skills

• Organized and able to manage time efficiently

• High sense of urgency, motivation, and positivity

• Strong work ethic

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Minimum Education: Associates Degree

Income: $47,000.00 – $68,000.00 yearly salary (based on experience)
